Who is Eligible for the Referral Bonus?
- All Permanent Active Employees.
What is the Referral Bonus Payout?
- The Referral Bonus is paid out in a lump sum payment (less all required tax withholdings) to the current Bannister Automotive Group employee for each successful referred candidate after the candidate has remained active in his/her position for a minimum of 90 days from the date of hire.
